Embodiment 1

[0048] In this embodiment, solvent yellow 43 is used as the core material dye, and the specific process is as follows:

[0049] Process steps: Add 4g of dioctyl phthalate, 2g of absolute ethanol and 0.5g of solvent yellow 43 to a three-necked flask, and add 1.95g of emulsifier SA-15, start stirring and gradually raise the temperature, so that the dye is at 68-70 °C, the core material solution was slowly dropped into the SMA emulsion under stirring at 1000 rpm, and emulsified in a water bath at 65 °C for 15 minutes to obtain a core material emulsion. Add melamine, formaldehyde solution and deionized water into the three-necked flask in sequence. Adjust the pH to 8-9, and react at 80°C for 20 minutes to obtain a transparent prepolymer solution. Drop the prepolymer solution into the core material emulsion under high-speed stirring, adjust the pH to 5-6, and obtain the melamine-formaldehyde resin dye dispersion after reacting for 3 hours.

Embodiment 2

[0052]The present embodiment selects cotton woven fabric for use, and the technology that adopts is as follows:

[0053] Process steps: prepare printing paste according to the formula in Table 1;

[0054] Table 1

[0055]

[0056]

[0057] Printing process: preparation of printing paste → printing → pre-baking (80°C, 5min) → baking (150°C, 4min)

[0059] Table 2

[0060]

[0061] Depend on figure 2 , Table 2 shows that cotton fabric is printed with melamine-formaldehyde resin dye dispersion. Compared with the original solvent yellow 43 printed fabric, the brightness and fluorescence intensity of the fabric printed with the dispersion are improved to a certain extent. The shade of the fabric changes, the a value decreases, and the b value increases, indicating that the fabric is yellowish and greenish, but its surface color depth has decreased.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a melamine-formaldehyde resin dye dispersion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a melamine-formaldehyde resin prepolymer; 2, preparing disperse dye core material emulsion; and step 2, coating the melamine-formaldehyde resin prepolymer prepared in the step 1 on the surface of the core material emulsion prepared inthe step 2 by adopting an in-situ polymerization method to form pigment microcapsules, so as to obtain the melamine-formaldehyde resin dye dispersion. The fluorescent pigment dispersion which is small in particle size and narrow in distribution is prepared through an in-situ polymerization method, and is applied to printing of cotton fabric; the prepared dispersion is small in particle size and complete in coating, the hand feeling and fastness of the printed fabric are improved, the content of formaldehyde on the fabric is low, and the requirements of modern environmental protection are met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textile printing, in particular to a preparation method of a melamine-formaldehyde resin dye dispersion, a dye color paste and a printing method for cotton fabrics. Background technique [0002] The difference between fluorescent pigments and ordinary pigments is that it can absorb and radiate a large amount of fluorescence, which is functional, which is reflected in the fact that it not only has the coloring performance of ordinary pigments on fibers, but also can generate fluorescence to increase the color saturation of dyed or printed fabrics degree and vividness. A foreign study on children and adults shows that for the same product, products with fluorescent pigments are more attractive than products with traditional pigments, and they maintain attention for a longer time and return more frequently. High, so all kinds of businesses are actively applying fluorescent pigments of various colors to thei...
