Abstract

The invention discloses application of a hair follicle stem cell-derived exosome in promoting hair follicle stem cell proliferation and differentiation into hair follicle cells. It is found that the exosome derived from the hair follicle stem cells can enter recipient cells, and can promote proliferation of the hair follicle stem cells and dermal papillae cells, wherein the hair follicle stem cell-derived exosome stimulated by melatonin has a more obvious effect of promoting hair follicle stem cell proliferation. It is further found that the hair follicle stem cell-derived exosome can promotemigration of hair follicle stem cells and dermal papillae cells, and the migration promoting effect of the melatonin-stimulated hair follicle stem cell-derived exosome is more obvious. The hair follicle stem cell-derived exosome can promote the expression of hair follicle development-related genes of hair follicle stem cells and dermal papillae cells so as to promote the differentiation of the hair follicle stem cells into the hair follicle cells, and the melatonin-stimulated hair follicle stem cell-derived exosome has a more obvious effect of promoting the proliferation and differentiation ofthe hair follicle stem cells.
