Embodiment 1

[0037] Embodiment 1, BITC-based fresh-keeping method for post-harvest strawberry fruit

[0038] 1 method:

[0039] 1.1 Preparation of BITC solution: first prepare BITC into a 0.1g / mL mother solution with absolute ethanol, and then dilute the mother solution with distilled water into 10μg / mL, 50μg / mL and 100μg / mL working solutions respectively.

[0040] 1.2 Bacteriostatic effect test of BITC:

[0041] Botrytis cinerea (Botrytis cinerea), the causative agent of strawberry botrytis, was used as an example to test the inhibitory effect of BITC on the pathogen.

[0042] 1.2.1 Detection of spore germination rate:

[0043] Prepare PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) medium with a concentration of 10 μg / mL and 50 μg / mL with BITC mother liquor, and spread a layer of sterilized cellophane on the medium. Then evenly spread 200 μL on the glass paper of each medium with a concentration of 5×10 6 B. cinerea spore suspension per mL. Afterwards, the germination rate of conidia was detected under ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preservation method for harvested strawberry fruits. The method comprises the following steps: spraying a benzyl isothiocyanate (BITC) solution to surfaces of the strawberryfruits. The concentration of the BITC solution is 50-200 [mu]g / mL; and the spraying rate of the BITC solution is 15-25mL per kilogram of strawberry fruits. The detection result of the natural incidence rate of the strawberry fruits shows that spraying treatment of BITC can effectively inhibit occurrence of a disease (strawberry gray mould) after the strawberry fruits are harvested.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of fruit and vegetable storage and preservation, and in particular relates to a method for preserving strawberry fruit. Background technique [0002] Strawberry (Fragaria ananassa) is a perennial herb of the Rosaceae Strawberry genus. Strawberry fruit is bright in color and unique in flavor. It is rich in minerals, dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin PP, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and carotene. , tannic acid, anthocyanins and flavonoids and other nutrients, especially the content of vitamin C is 7-10 times higher than that of apples and grapes. The rich carotene and vitamin A in strawberries can relieve night blindness, maintain the health of epithelial tissue, improve eyesight and nourish the liver, and promote growth and development. It is known as the "Queen of Fruits" and is welcomed by consumers. However, because strawberry fruit belongs to berries, the peel is fragile and the water content is h...
