Abstract

A side, close to a wound surface, of the biodegradable medical dressing serves as an inner layer; the biodegradable medical dressing sequentially comprises an isolation layer, an antibacterial healing promoting layer, an repair inducing layer and a back lining layer from inside to outside; the sizes of the isolation layer and the back lining layer are larger than the sizes of the antibacterial healing promoting layer and the repair inducing layer; the antibacterial healing promoting layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate), type I collagen, hydroxypropyl cellulose, bioactive glass, a silver nitrate solution, cocoa seed butter,1 to 3 parts of glycerol, acetic acid and a solvent; and the repair inducing layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: carbomer, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol, glycyl-l-histidyl-l-lysine, superoxide dismutase, resveratrol and a wetting agent. According to the dressing, the antibacterial healing promoting layer and the repair inducing layer have a synergistic effect, and wound healing and scar repair are combined.
