Abstract

The invention discloses a composite 3D printing technology based on fused deposition and photocuring technologies, and belongs to the technical field of additive manufacturing. The composite 3D printing technology is realized on the basis of a brand new composite 3D printer, and components needed by the fused deposition technology and a laser generator as a core component of the photocuring technology are integrated in a printer spray head. During working, raw materials are extruded through a fused deposition nozzle and cured onto a working platform. The working platform is arranged in a liquid groove filled with photosensitive resin, and always keeps flush with the liquid level of the resin. After the raw materials extruded by the nozzle finish printing of one layer thickness on the working platform, the working platform moves downwards by a layer thickness under the control a stepping motor, and is soaked in the photosensitive resin. At the movement, a laser generator fixed to a heating block bracket generates laser light, and carries out scanning and curing on the surface of a fused deposition component soaked inside the photosensitive resin. After scanning and curing are finished, the fused deposition nozzle carries out next layer printing on a piled entity. The abovementioned process is repeated continuously till the printing of the whole part is finished. The product printed with the composite 3D printing technology has the characteristics of high surface precision and high mechanical performance.
