Abstract

The invention provides an organic sulfur hydrogenation catalyst as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The organic sulfur hydrogenation catalyst comprises the following raw materialsin parts by weight: 60-70 parts of Al2O3, 15-20 parts of TiO2, 3-10 parts of a molybdenum compound in terms of molybdenum, 1-6 parts of an iron compound in terms of iron, and 10-50 parts of a binder.According to the organic sulfur hydrogenation catalyst provided by the invention, rthe Al2O3 and the TiO2 are used as a mixed carrier and play a synergistic role, so that the adsorption performance on organic sulfur, especially thiophene, can be remarkably improved, the reaction between thiophene and active components molybdenum and iron is further promoted, the conversion rate of thiophene is remarkably increased, and the catalytic performance and the service life of the catalyst are improved; and the catalyst can be used for removing and converting organic sulfur at a lower temperature (200DEG C), so that temperature runaway of a catalyst bed caused by methanation is effectively prevented.
