Abstract

The invention relates to a process for preparing high-brightness black and bright mirror surface silver paste by using a uv coating. The process is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1)coating a PET film with specific uv resin; (2) conducting vacuum aluminizing, wherein the vacuum degree needs to reach the minus 4 power of 10, and the thickness of an aluminum layer needs to be controlled to be about 100 nanometers; (3) repeatedly smearing and aluminizing 25 layers; (4) washing off the aluminized layer of the plated PET film through a film washing machine; (5) separating and extracting the aluminum sheet at a high speed by using a water-cooling separator; (6) crushing the extracted aluminum sheet by using an air cooling crusher; (7) filtering out impurities through a 420-mesh screen; (8) carrying out high-speed shearing for 6 hours through a water-cooling high-speed shearing machine; (9) separating and extracting an aluminum sheet finished product by a water-cooling separator; and (10) blending the aluminum sheet and a solvent according to a certain ratio to obtain a finished product.
