Problems solved by technology

However, in the process of biological treatment, it is necessary to consider providing sufficient electron donors for the microbial system. At present, the selection of electron donors adopts the method of external dosing, and further evaluation and improvement are needed in terms of economic rationality and process operability.

Embodiment 1

[0057] A method of hydrothermal combined biological method for degrading ammonium perchlorate wastewater according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0058] Step 1, mixing Fe(0) and ammonium perchlorate waste water, adjusting the pH of the reaction system to acidic conditions, carrying out the first-order reduction degradation of ammonium perchlorate, and obtaining the ammonium perchlorate hydrothermal solution after the first-order degradation;

[0059] Step 2, cooling the ammonium perchlorate hydrothermal solution after the primary degradation obtained in step 1, to obtain the cooled ammonium perchlorate hydrothermal solution;

[0060] In step 3, the cooled ammonium perchlorate hydrothermal solution obtained in step 2 is subjected to secondary degradation by the biological method, and discharged after the treatment reaches the standard; wherein, the supernatant of the stage of hydrolysis and fermentation of food waste and landfill leac...

Embodiment 2

[0064] The difference between the embodiment of the present invention and embodiment 1 is that in step 1, ammonium perchlorate wastewater is subjected to primary reduction and degradation under high temperature and pressure conditions; wherein, the high temperature value is 200°C, and the pressure value is 1.554Mpa ; In step 2, the cooling temperature is 37°C during cooling; the successfully domesticated ammonium perchlorate reducing bacteria are inoculated into the secondary degradation unit of the biological method, and the inoculum amount is equal to 5% of the substrate.

Embodiment 3

[0066] The difference between the embodiment of the present invention and embodiment 1 is that in step 1, ammonium perchlorate wastewater is subjected to primary reduction degradation under high temperature and pressure; wherein, the high temperature value is 210°C, and the pressure value is 1.906Mpa; In step 2, the cooling temperature is 36° C.; the ammonium perchlorate-reducing bacteria that have been successfully acclimated are inoculated into the secondary degradation unit of the biological method, and the inoculum amount is equal to 5% of the substrate.

Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for degrading ammonium perchlorate wastewater by using a hydrothermal-biological combined process. The device comprises: a Fe(0) hydrothermal primary degradation unit, which is used for mixing Fe(0) and ammonium perchlorate wastewater, adjusting the pH value of a reaction system to an acidic condition, and performing primary reductive degradation of ammonium perchlorate; a hydrothermal solution cooling unit, which is used for cooling the ammonium perchlorate hydrothermal solution having been subjected to primary degradation; and a biological-process secondary degradation unit, which is used for carrying out secondary degradation on the cooled ammonium perchlorate hydrothermal solution by adopting a biological process, and discharging the ammonium perchlorate hydrothermal solution after the ammonium perchlorate hydrothermal solution reaches the standard, wherein a supernatant in the hydrolysis and fermentation stage of kitchen waste and landfill leachate is used as the source of an electron donor, a carbon source and trace elements, and inoculated sludge comes from the domestication stage of ammonium perchlorate reducing bacteria. According to the method, the removal effect of the high-concentration ammonium perchlorate wastewater can be remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the economic rationality and the process operability of the process of removing the ammonium perchlorate wastewater by the biological process are remarkably improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental chemistry and biology, relates to the technical fields of hydrothermal treatment and perchlorate biological reduction method, and particularly relates to a device and method for degrading ammonium perchlorate wastewater by hydrothermal combined biological method. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of national defense in various countries, the replacement cycle of weapons is shortened, and the number of decommissioned ammunition waste products is gradually increasing. In order to avoid potential safety hazards during storage, these waste explosives and propellants must be disposed of in a timely and effective manner. As a strong oxidant, ammonium perchlorate (AP) is widely used in aerospace and military industries such as rocket solid propellants, missile fuels, and blasting explosives, and has become an important component of explosives and solid propellants. In perchlo...
