The refining unit comprises a recovery tower, a recovery tower reboiler,a reboiler heat source main pipe, a reboiler heat source branch pipe and a recovery tower temperature controller. A flow regulating valve is arranged on the reboiler heat source branch pipe, and the flow regulating valve and the recovery tower temperature controller carry out cascade regulation. The refining unit further comprises a buffer tank connected with the tower kettle of the recovery tower.
