The invention also discloses a preparation process of the composition. The compound acid and micro-ecological conditioning composition disclosed by the invention is used for inhibiting generation of excessive sebum and proliferation of propionibacterium acnes from the most basic point of dredging pores according to an acne generation mechanism, and rapidly eliminating generated acnes; and meanwhile, the skin micro-ecological balance is adjusted, so that the microbial flora on the skin surface is recovered and a virtuous circle is kept.
