[0037] Dissolve 1.22g salicylaldehyde (10mmol) in 10mL ethanol to form a solution. In the reaction bottle, dissolve 2.07g of hydrochloride 1-(aminomethyl)cyclohexylacetic acid (10mmol) in 120mL of absolute ethanol, heat to 60°C, slowly add 10mL of salicylaldehyde in ethanol dropwise with a syringe under stirring solution. The reaction mixture was heated and reacted at 60° C. for 6 hours, and excess solvent ethanol was removed under reduced pressure with a rotary evaporator to obtain a yellow solid powder. The yellow solid powder was recrystallized with absolute ethanol to obtain 2.45g of high-purity bright yellow diamond-shaped block crystals with a yield of 89.1%.
