Abstract

The invention discloses application of m6A RNA methylation motifs in preparation of a cell senescence diagnostic kit, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. Through m6A RNA methylation sequencing and visual analysis on m6A RNA methylation sites, it is found that m6A RNA methylation motifs of senescent cells and young cells displayed in the invention not only have conserved consensus sequences, but also have specific sequences of the m6A RNA methylation motifs of senescent cells and young cells. The characteristics can be used for distinguishing and identifying cells with different degrees of senescence, can also be used for identifying the degree of cell senescence induced by different external stresses, can solve the problem of lack of diagnostic markers in the senescence field at present, and provides a reference basis for early diagnosis and early prevention of cell senescence and age-related diseases.
