Abstract

The fabric is subjected to overflow dyeing with reactive dye after being subjected to an enzyme washing or sanding process, dyeing is promoted with anhydrous sodium sulphate before dyeing, dyeing is carried out with the reactive dye at 60 degrees, and full soaping is carried out at 95 degrees after dyeing, so that it is ensured that water-soluble dye on the fabric and short fibers which are not completely broken due to the jig dyeing enzyme washing process thoroughly fall off under the action of mechanical rubbing force.
