Abstract

The invention relates to a polyurethane composition for preparing a composite material, a polyurethane composite material prepared from the polyurethane composition and a method for preparing the polyurethane composite material. The polyurethane composition comprises: (a) an isocyanate component, (b) an isocyanate reactive component, (c) a free radical reaction initiator, and (d) an organometallic catalyst. The hydroxyl value of the isocyanate reactive component (b) is 200 mgKOH / g-700 mgKOH / g, and the molar ratio of an isocyanate group to a hydroxyl group of the composition is 0.6-1.5. The polyurethane composition disclosed by the invention has the advantages of long operable time and simple construction process, and the polyurethane composite material containing a polyurethane resin matrix prepared from the polyurethane composition disclosed by the invention has excellent weather resistance and mechanical strength.
