Embodiment 1-8

[0045] The ultra-low temperature steel is used for the superconducting magnet protective sleeve of the tokamak device in the embodiment, and its chemical composition is: C: 0.30-0.61%, Si: 0.12-0.64%, Mn: 16.8-25.2%, Al: 2.0-6.1 %, P≤0.032%, S≤0.017%, and the balance is Fe and unavoidable impurities. The specific chemical composition of each embodiment is shown in Table 1.

[0046] The preparation method of the ultra-low temperature steel used for the superconducting magnet protective sleeve of the tokamak device is as follows:

[0047] Step 1, casting:

[0048] The smelting is carried out according to the composition ratio of the high manganese steel used in the superconducting magnet protective sleeve of the tokamak device, and the obtained molten steel is poured into a copper mold to obtain a square thin ingot with a thickness of 73mm;

[0049] Step 2, heating:

[0050]Reheat the square ingot to 1100-1200°C and keep it warm for 2-4 hours for homogenization;

[0051] Ste...

Abstract

The invention discloses extremely-low-temperature steel for a superconducting magnet protective sleeve of Tokamak device and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of steel and iron materials. The extremely-low-temperature steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.30-0.61% of C, 0.12-0.64% of Si, 16.8-25.2% of Mn, 2.0-6.1% of Al, less than or equal to 0.020% of P, less than or equal to 0.006% of S and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out smelting casting and homogenization treatment on a cast ingot; and then carrying out controlled rolling, cooling and subsequent heat treatment to prepare the extremely-low-temperature steel. The ultra-low-temperature steel has the characteristic of no ferromagnetism; and after the ultra-low-temperature steel is matched with the preparation process of a superconducting magnet Nb3Sn and subjected to pre-strain and long-time aging treatment; the mechanical property of the ultra-low-temperature steel under 4.2 K is far higher than the mechanical property requirement of an existing protective sleeve material and is superior to that of existing ultra-low-temperature steel such as 316LN and JK2LB; the low-cost Mn element is adopted to stabilize austenite, and Ni, Cr, Mo and other precious metals are replaced; the aging brittleness resistance is improved through the Al element; and the alloy cost is greatly reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of iron and steel materials, and in particular relates to an extremely low-temperature steel used for a superconducting magnet protective sleeve of a tokamak device and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the development of modern society, the human demand for energy is also increasing. Traditional petrochemical energy reserves are limited, non-renewable, and pollute heavily, causing serious damage to the environment. The main fuel of controllable nuclear fusion is hydrogen isotope, which can be obtained from seawater, and has the characteristics of abundant reserves and high efficiency. The realization of controllable nuclear fusion is a new energy source that human beings dream of, and it is also an effective way to solve human energy shortage. The ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) device is a superconducting tokamak device capable of producing large-sca...
