Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma sample with the lowest sample size; mutation information of 18 related genes in the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma sample is detected; and the mutation information is clustered by adopting a PAM algorithm, a typing model is established, and the typing model containing an MCD type, an N1 type, an EZB type, a BN2 type and an Others type is obtained. According to comparison of consistency, a result separated by applying the NEJM50 gene model is highly consistent with a result of the model disclosed by the invention, typing can be completed only by detecting mutation information of 18 genes, the sequencing cost is relatively low, clinical popularization is facilitated, the detection cost is reduced, and the method is economical and practical.
