Problems solved by technology

[0005] At present, the biochar prepared by rice straw is not ideal for the removal of heavy metals, but there are few reports on the preparation of biochar by using Lishihe, and the waste reuse rate of rice and Lishihe straw is not high.

Embodiment 1

[0026] Embodiment 1, prepare activated biochar

[0027] Follow the steps below:

[0028] 1. Wash rice straw and Lishihe straw with water, dry them in the sun, and cut them into 2cm-sized straw sections.

[0029] 2. Take 20g samples (10g each of rice straw section and Lishihe straw section) into a beaker, add 40g of activator solution, stir at room temperature for 24 hours, then wash with pure water for 3 times, and dry in an oven to constant weight ; Wherein, the activator solution sets 2 kinds of different activator comparison experiments:

[0030] Activator 1: a phosphoric acid solution with a mass fraction of 85%,

[0031] Activator 2: 2mol / L KOH solution, and set a blank control without activator.

[0032] 3. Place the dried sample in a tube furnace, and heat it up to 600°C for 1 hour under nitrogen protection at a heating rate of 5°C / min.

[0033] 4. The sample obtained after pyrolysis is cooled, ground, passed through a 60-mesh sieve, and stored dry.

Embodiment 2

[0038] Example 2, preparation of phosphoric acid activated rice straw biochar

[0039] Follow the steps below:

[0040] 1. Wash the rice straw with water, dry it in the sun, and cut it into 3cm-sized straw sections.

[0041] 2. Take 20g of rice straw section samples and place them in a beaker, add 40g of 85% phosphoric acid solution by mass fraction, stir at room temperature for 24 hours, then wash with pure water for 3 times, and dry in an oven until constant weight.

[0042] 3. Place the dried sample in a tube furnace, and heat it up to 500°C for 1.5 hours under the protection of nitrogen at a heating rate of 5°C / min.

[0043] 4. The sample obtained after pyrolysis is cooled, ground, passed through an 80-mesh sieve, and stored in a dry place.

Embodiment 3

[0044] Example 3. Preparation of Phosphoric Acid Activated Rice / Lishihe Straw Biochar

[0045] Follow the steps below:

[0046] 1. Wash rice straw and Lishihe straw with water, dry them in the sun, and cut them into 1cm-sized straw sections.

[0047] 2. Take 20g samples (5g of rice straw section and 15g of Lishihe straw section) in a beaker, add 40g of phosphoric acid solution with a mass fraction of 85%, stir at room temperature for 24 hours, then wash with pure water for 3 times, place in Dry in an oven to constant weight.

[0048] 3. Place the dried sample in a tube furnace, and heat it up to 700°C for 1 hour under nitrogen protection at a heating rate of 5°C / min.

[0049] 4. The sample obtained after pyrolysis is cooled, ground, passed through an 80-mesh sieve, and stored in a dry place.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of activated biochar loaded with zero-valent iron. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) washing rice straws and leersia hexandra straws with water, drying in the sun, and cutting into straw sections with the size of 1-4cm; (2) mixing the rice straw sections and the Leersia hexandra straw sections according to any proportion, adding a phosphoric acid solution, stirring at normal temperature for 22-26 hours, then cleaning with pure water, and drying; 3) putting the dried sample into a tubular furnace, heating to 500-700 DEG C at a heating rate of 3-8 DEG C / min under the protection of inert gas, and pyrolyzing for 1-2 hours; 4) cooling a sample obtained after pyrolysis, and crushing to obtain activated biochar; and 5) mixing the prepared activated biochar with zero-valent iron powder according to a mass ratio of 1: (1-2), adding the mixture into a ball milling tank, adding ball milling beads according to a ball-to-material ratio of (50-100): 1 and a ball mill rotating speed of 400-500rpm, and carrying out ball milling for 1-3 hours under a vacuum condition to obtain the zero-valent iron loaded activated biochar.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biochar preparation, in particular to an activated biochar loaded with zero-valent iron, a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] After harvesting rice in rice growing areas, a large amount of straw waste will be produced. Lee's Grass (scientific name: Leersia parviflora Leersia australis) is a plant of the genus Leersia parviflora Leersia australis. Boundary water wetlands also grow and are distributed in tropical regions of the world. Lishihe is similar to L. japonica (Makino ex Honda) Honda. They are both perennial and aquatic herbs. Lishihe is also a common rice field weed. In agricultural production, a large amount of straw waste will be produced. [0003] Under anoxic or anaerobic conditions, straw can be pyrolyzed at high temperature to form biochar (Biochar). The carbon content of biochar is very rich. It can be used as charcoal for soil amendments, which can ...
