The invention relates to a method for separating a mixed solvent containing 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, methanol and water, which comprises the following steps of: feeding deionized water as an extracting agent and a to-be-separated mixed solvent into an extractive distillation tower, condensing a gas phase at the top of the tower, and feeding into a layering device of the extractive distillation tower for phase separation; an oil phase, namely a 2-methyltetrahydrofuran crude product, is sent to an azeotropic rectifying tower for 2-methyltetrahydrofuran purification, a methanol crude product obtained in the tower kettle of the extractive rectifying tower is sent to a methanol refining tower for methanol purification, and a methanol product is obtained from the tower top. Condensing a gas phase at the top of the azeotropic rectifying tower, feeding the condensed gas phase into a layering device of the azeotropic rectifying tower for phase splitting, returning an oil phase as reflux to the azeotropic rectifying tower, and obtaining a 2-methyltetrahydrofuran product at a tower kettle; through combination of the extractive distillation tower, the azeotropic distillation tower and phase separation operation, separation of the mixed solvent containing 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, methanol and water is realized, the method has the advantages of high recovery purity, low energy consumption and the like, and meanwhile, the existing deionized water in the solvent is taken as an extraction agent, so that influence on use of the recovered solvent caused by introduction of a third component is avoided.
