Abstract

The phenolic glue comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 30-300 parts of phenolated nano lignin; 10 to 20 parts of phenol; 60 to 600 parts of formaldehyde; 6-36 parts of an alkaline substance; and 5-10 parts of an absorbent. The phenolic glue is prepared from phenolated nano lignin as a raw material, phenol and formaldehyde, the phenolic glue has higher bonding strength and lower formaldehyde emission, on one hand, the reaction activity of phenol and nano modified lignin is improved, phenolic hydroxyl groups of lignin are increased, and sites capable of reacting with formaldehyde are increased; the surface area and the pore structure of the nano-modified lignin are increased, so that the contact between the nano lignin and formaldehyde is increased, and the bonding strength is remarkably improved; and on the other hand, the lignin modified by phenol and nanocrystallization has many reaction sites, large specific surface area and increased pore structures, so that the formaldehyde emission of the prepared phenolic glue is remarkably reduced.
