Abstract

The compents of aluminium and calcium complexing desulfurizer (wt%): CaO 40-75%; Al2O3 5-30%, C 1-8%; Al 2-15%; chloride salt 1-10%; additive 1-5%, lubricant 1-5%; SiO2 <=10%; MgO<=10%. The producing method includes: charging breaking, grinding, mixing and activatino process, and the required particular degree after grinded in 80-100 mesh. The activation-process parameter; processing temperature 300-500 deg.C, time 20-60 minutes. Add additive and lubricant into mixed material after activation process, and evenly mix them to make the desulfurizer.
