pearl oyster small molecule peptide in
skin wound repair. The
pearl oyster small molecule peptide has a new application of repairing
skin wounds. The preparation method of the
pearl oyster small molecule peptide comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a pearl
oyster zymolyte; and S2, selecting a
ceramic membrane with a
pore diameter of 0.05-0.5 mu m, performing full
filtration, separating the material by adopting
ultrafiltration membranes with different molecular weight cutoff, collecting peptide fragments with different molecular weights, including any one of
bioactive peptide with the molecular weight of less than 3000Da,
bioactive peptide with the molecular weight of 3000Da-5000Da and
bioactive peptide with the molecular weight of 5000Da-10000Da, and performing freeze-
drying to obtain the pearl
oyster small molecule peptide. The invention provides a new application of the pearl
oyster small molecule peptide in preparing a
medicine for repairing
skin wounds such as skin burn, wound, burn and scald, the effect of the pearl oyster small molecule peptide is obviously superior to that of the
medicine in the prior art, the wound is quicklyrepaired, no scar is left, and the effect of promoting wound repair is more obvious.
