direct printing comprises steps of
discharge printing, burnt-out, gold printing and glue pressing; printing paste for
discharge printing is prepared from a
disperse dye, 5%-10% of a thickener, 1%-3% of a pH
regulator, 1%-3% of a
levelling agent and water;
discharge paste is prepared from paste, 5%-10% of a thickener, 25%-40% of a discharging agent HB, 1%-3% of a reduction protective agent, 1%-5% of a discharge assistant ZB, 1% of
citric acid and water; the burnt-out paste is prepared from 5%-15% of a NaOH alkaline agent, 25%-40% of an alkali-resisting paste, 2%-5% of a penetrant and water. Compared with a traditional technology, the preparation technology omits four times of high-temperature
drying processes and four times of washing processes, the process steps are reduced greatly, and the prepared fabric feels good and has better three-dimensional sense.
