Abstract

The wet production process for producing CuSO4.5H2O by using copper oxdie core has no need of complex procedures of ore flotation, high temp. smelting and electrolysis. It only includes the followingsteps: pulverizing copper oxdie ore, ball-grinding, directly using H2SO4 to dissolve raw material, clearing slurry and filtering, analyzing and checking or directly concentrating, centrifugally-drying to obtain CuSO4.5H2O; or placing the above-mentioned filtrate in a replacement tank and replacing the copper sponge with Fe (Zn), roasting the copper sponge, and using dilute H2SO4 thermal solution to dissolve copper by blowing air to obtain CuSO4 mother liquid, finally concentrating said mother liquor, crystallizing and centrifugall-drying so as to obtain CuSO4.H2O blue crystal.
