Embodiment 1

[0017] Formulation Example 1 : 5% microemulsion

[0018] Flusilazole 5%

[0019] Ethanol 10%

[0020] OP-10 5%

[0021] 2201 5%

[0022] water to 100%

[0023] The flusilazole is completely dissolved with a co-solvent, and then other ingredients are added, mixed evenly, and finally water is added, and a microemulsion can be prepared after fully stirring. It can be diluted with water into a clear and transparent liquid of any concentration.

[0024] Following the same procedure as Formulation Example 1, the following formulation examples were prepared.

Embodiment 2

[0025] Formulation Example 2 : 8% microemulsion

[0026] Flusilazole 10%

[0027] Methanol 15%

[0028] OP-21 8%

[0029] 2201 8%

[0030] water to 100%

Embodiment 3

[0031] Formulation Example 3 : 20% microemulsion

[0032] Flusilazole 20%

[0033] Ethanol 15%

[0034] OP-10 12%

[0035] 2201 12%

[0036] water to 100%

[0037] The physical and chemical properties of the prepared microemulsion are:

[0038] Appearance: clear and transparent single-phase liquid;

[0039] Transparent temperature zone: above -5~60℃;

[0040] Low temperature stability: no delamination and crystallization at -5°C for 2 weeks;

[0041] Thermal storage stability: the decomposition rate of active ingredients is less than 3% at (54±2)°C for 2 weeks;

[0042] Emulsion stability: Emulsion diluted with any proportion of water is stable;

[0043] Stability over time: Stable at room temperature.

Abstract

The present invention relates to flusilazole micro emulsion and its preparation process. The flusilazole micro emulsion consists of flusilazole 5-20 wt%, surfactant 10-25 wt% and co-solvent 10-15 wt%, except water. Biological test shows that the flusilazole micro emulsion has the effect similar to that of corresponding oil emulsion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a flusilazole microemulsion dosage form and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Flusilazole (flusilazole) was reported by T.M.Fort and W.K.Moberg in 1984 and developed by Du Pont in 1985. It is a triazole systemic fungicide and a sterol demethylation inhibitor. It is effective for Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes and Deuteromycetes, but not for Oomycetes. It is recommended to prevent and control apple scab, powdery mildew, Sclerotinia tritici, Septoria spp., A. vine, Staphylococcus spp., and various pathogenic bacteria on sugar beets. The control targets registered in my country include pear scab, pear red spot, wheat powdery mildew, cucumber scab and bean powdery mildew. The acute percutaneous and oral toxicity to rats are both low toxicity; slightly irritating to rabbit eyes and skin; non-mutagenic. [0003] The existing foreign preparations of flusilazole mainly include emulsifiable concentrate (EC), wa...
