Abstract

The invention relates to a method to synthesize carbonized and silicificated titanium powder. The characteristic of the invention is that after mixing the titanium powder, silicon powder, carbon powder and aluminium powder at the mole ratio of 3:1:2:(0.1-0.75), keep them at 1250-1450 Deg C and 0.01-0.1Pa for 1-180 min.
