The connecting case is fixed at one end of the metal case. The temperature fuse is inserted and fixed into the innerwall of the metal case, and the lead at one end of the temperature fuse is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the connecting case. One end of the inner wall of the metal case away from the connecting case is filled with the insulating material. The resistor cabinet mainly comprises resistor cores, double-cooling boxes, an oil way part and a water way part. The resistor cores are metal strips with equal width and are produced by bypassed winding; when the resistor cores are installed, the side of the metal strip which is a large plane along the direction of length is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the end surface which is a small plane along the direction of length is parallel to the horizontal plane; the resistor cores are fixed in the oil cavity of the double-cooling box through ceramic rings and ceramic columns, and is led outside the double-cooling box through an insulating electrode to realize insulation. When in work, the insulating oil in the oil cavity transmits the heat energy generated by the resistor cores when power is on to the double-cooling box made of metal to realize internal cooling; the cooling water in the water tank of the double-cooling box takes away the heat of the double cooling box to realize external cooling; and the insulating oil in the oil cavity expands when heated before releasing pressure to a semi-capsule oil storage box through a pressure relief pipe. A plurality of layers of double cooling boxes are laminated and use one semi-capsule oil storage tank together, thereby the volume is reduced and an extra large insulation electric-surge-resistant resistance cabinet is conveniently assembled.
