This invention relates to the field of
welding equipment technology and discloses an intelligent
welding device for PCBA circuit board manufacturing. Filter boxes are fixedly connected to both sides of the
welding frame, and air storage boxes are fixedly connected to the top of each filter box. A fixing component is fixedly sleeved inside the welding frame, and a negative
pressure system is fixedly connected to the bottom of the fixing component. An intelligent welding
system is movably connected to the top of the welding frame. Air inlet pipes are fixedly connected to the top of each air storage box. Through the fixing component and the negative
pressure system, when fixing PCBs of different sizes or irregular shapes, the negative
pressure system drives the air inside the fixing component to be discharged, creating a negative pressure at the top of the fixing component. This allows PCBs of different sizes or irregular shapes to be adsorbed and fixed at the top of the fixing component, thereby reducing the need for fixture replacement, reducing manual operation steps, reducing labor intensity, and ultimately improving the welding
manufacturing efficiency of the welding device.
