According to a hard template carbonization method, by taking a hollow silicon oxide ball as a template and taking chitosan and a derivative of chitosan as carbon source precursors, liquid-phase impregnation, high-temperature carbonization, template removing and the like are carried out so as to obtain the porous carbon electrode material suitable for a lithium ion battery and a supercapacitor. The prepared porous carbon electrode material simultaneously has the characteristics of a nitrogen-doped structure and a macroporous-mesoporous-microporous graded pore structure, wherein the nitrogen-doped content can be controlled by using different types of chitosans; the graded pore structure can be controlled by changing the size of the particle diameter and the wall thickness of each silicon oxide ball and regulating the mass of the chitosan solution. Compared with the commercialized graphite, the porous carbon electrode material prepared according to the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the specific capacity is obviously increased and the rate performance of the obtained porous carbon electrode material is maintained well. The porous carbon electrode material is simple in preparation process, has no strict requirement to equipment and is suitable for industrial production.

The invention discloses a method for preparing phacellite by using coal ash as a raw material, which comprises the following steps: 1) drying the coal ash, and carrying out gradient magnetic separation of dry method; 2) mixing the magnetically-separated coal ash and potassium hydroxide according to a mass ratio of 1:0.1-0.3, adding the mixture into a crucible of a muffle furnace, heating the mixture, and baking the mixture at a constant temperature; 3) adding acid into a baked product of the coal ash according to a solid-liquid ratio of 1:1-5, dissolving the baked product in the acid for 1 to 2 hours, adding a chelating agent into the mixture according to a solid-liquid ratio of 1:0.1-0.5 during acid dissolution, and continually stirring the mixture; 4) after the acid dissolution is finished, filtering, washing and drying the filter residue to obtain a coal ash pretreatment sample; and 5) adding potassium hydroxide solution into the coal ash pretreatment sample according to a solid-liquid ratio of 1:2-5, adding the mixture into a stainless steel reaction kettle, heating the mixture to carry out hydrothermal reaction, and filtering, washing and drying a reaction product to obtain a phacellite product. The method overcomes the defects of the prior art such as high cost, uneven chemical components of the product and the like, achieves resource utilization of the solid waste coal ash, and has environmental and economic double benefits.

The method provided by the invention effectively solves the problem that a poor intergrowth body enters tailings in the production process, so that the recovery rateof the gold by flotation is low, and discards cyanide leaching operation in a current process, thereby eliminating environmental hazard of cyanides from a source.
