drying a TPU

chloroform (CHCl3) for swelling, and fixing and
drying the TPU fiber membrane by using a mold; the pretreated fiber membrane is soaked in a cetyl trimethyl
ammonium bromide (CTAB) solution to be subjected to modification treatment; then the TPU fiber is put into an MXene / CNTs
mixed solution for ultrasonic treatment, so that MXene / CNTs are evenly attached to the surface of the TPU fiber, demolding is conducted after deswelling, and a fiber membrane retracts; and repeating the steps of CTAB (Cetyltrimethyl
Ammonium Bromide) modification and MXene / CNTs attachment, so as to prepare the MXene / CNTs bimodal folded conductive fiber membrane with different buckling.
Phytic acid (PA) is attached to the surface of the fiber through a repeated impregnation method, then a
copper electrode is assembled and packaged with PDMS, and the
flame-retardant flexible
strain sensor with the bimodal folded conductive structure is obtained.
