Controllable slow-releasing nano hydroxyapatite with efficient absorption for antalzyme and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an acicular nano hydroxyapatite material of good absorption capability. The absorption content of lysozgme with different concentration (0.2mg/ml-1.0mg/ml) of the material is 2.14 percent to 19.06 percent, with the highest absorption rate of 95 percent above. The slow-release property of the material is controllable with the slow-release time being controlled between 60min and 960min, while the slow-release rate can be controlled between 60 percent and 95 percent. The release speed of the material can be adjusted by changing the type and pH value of desorption solution. The weak crystallizing hydroxyapatite takes a calcic compound and phosphorus compound solution as a raw material which goes through processes of dropping, reaction, ethanol decentralization, stirring or aging at room temperature, and then the material is prepared. The particle diameter of the hydroxyapatite prepared is at a nano level and distributed evenly and the particles thereof are characterized by low crystallinity, large specific surface area, high surface activity and the like. The adsorption of the lysozgme is completed by selecting a phosphate buffer solution with pH being equal to 7.3, based on the electrostatic interaction, and is characterized by short adsorption time and large adsorption quantity. The acicular nano hydroxyapatite material has the advantages of easily available raw materials, low cost and simple operation and the material obtained has good adsorbability and controllable slow-release property, thus the material can be used as a slow-release carrier of basic proteins such as lysozgme, etc.

In the curing process, the ink can be evenly expanded and deformed, the width of an opening of the obtained ink grid line groove pattern is small, the depth-width ratio of a formed metal grid line is large, the light shading area is small, and the efficiency of the silicon heterojunction solar cell with the electroplating electrode is improved.
