The slow-release property of the material is controllable with the slow-release time being controlled between 60min and 960min, while the slow-release rate can be controlled between 60 percent and 95 percent. The release speed of the material can be adjusted by changing the type and pH value of desorption solution. The weak crystallizing hydroxyapatite takes a calcic compound and phosphorus compound solution as a raw material which goes through processes of dropping, reaction, ethanol decentralization, stirring or aging at room temperature, and then the material is prepared. The particle diameter of the hydroxyapatite prepared is at a nano level and distributed evenly and the particles thereof are characterized by low crystallinity, large specific surface area, high surface activity and the like. The adsorption of the lysozgme is completed by selecting a phosphate buffer solution with pH being equal to 7.3, based on the electrostatic interaction, and is characterized by short adsorption time and large adsorption quantity.
