The invention relates to a preparation method of a
biomass composite reinforced circulating corrugated
carton, and belongs to the technical field of environment-friendly packaging materials. Uniformly mixing bamboo pulp and
enzyme modified bamboo pulp fibers, firstly performing ultrasonic treatment, then introducing saturated steam for treatment, and filtering to obtain a pretreated
raw material; sequentially carrying out biological bleaching and non-oxidizing bleaching on the pretreated raw materials, adding natural beewax
emulsion for modification, immersing the pretreated raw materials into a
chitosan solution, and filtering to obtain composite reinforced fibers; dispersing the composite reinforced fibers in deionized water to prepare paper pulp, and respectively preparing surface paper, corrugating medium paper and inner paper through
papermaking, wet pressing molding and hot
air drying; and uniformly
coating the
modified starch-based
adhesive on the bonding surface,
drying and
cutting to obtain the corrugated
carton. The corrugated
carton prepared by the invention can be completely biodegraded within 5 months, and is excellent in
environmental protection performance; the tensile strength and the
bursting strength are improved; the
water contact angle is large, the
water resistance is obviously improved, and transportation in a humid environment can be adapted.
