The invention discloses a method for receiving a downlink message and a mobile terminal. The method comprises: receiving a broadcast message of a first network and the broadcast message of a second network by a mobile terminal; receiving the downlink message sent by the first network, when the terminal is standby in the first network, a received paging period specified in the first network and carried by the broadcast message of the first network being a first paging read period; determining a second paging read period when the terminal is standby in the second network, according to the received paging period specified in the second network and carried by the broadcast message of the second network, the determined second paging read period being larger than the paging period specified in the second network; and receiving the downlink message sent by the second network according to the determined second paging read period when the terminal is standby in the second network. Using the scheme, power consumption when the terminal is standby is lower than that of a multi-mode and multi-standby mode in prior art, stand-by time is increased, and efficiency of initiating the business is improved compared with the efficiency in a multi-mode and single-standby mode.

The digital PCR chip comprises a droplet production module formed by laminating a cover glass and a glass substrate and a droplet collecting module tightly attached to one surface of the droplet production module, wherein two through holes including a liquid phase sample inlet and an oil phase sample inlet are formed in the cover glass; microflow channels communicated withthe liquid phase sample inlet or the oil phase sample inlet are etched in one surface, attached to the glass substrate, of the cover glass, each microflow channel is divided into two branch channels, and the branch channels pairwise intersect with droplet production ports; the droplet collecting module comprises a cavity with two opening sides, and the droplet production ports are all tightly attached to the inner side of one opening. The digital PCR chip is provided with the independent droplet collecting module, the PCR and the result observation are both performed in the chip, so that the probabilities of pollution and demulsificationare greatly reduced, meanwhile, results of the PCR are observed under a fluorescence microscope in a unified manner, signals reading of droplets is not required to be performed in the chip one by one, and the signal reading time is greatly shortened.

Rapid large-scale point-cloud data reading method based on memory pre-distribution and multi-point writing technology

The invention discloses a rapid large-scale point-cloud data reading method based on memory pre-distribution and multi-point writing technology, belongs to the technical field of point-cloud data file reading, and aims to solve the problems that reading time of an existing high and large-scale point-cloud data file is delayed and the existing high and large-scale point-cloud data file is slowly red. The method includes a memory pre-distribution process and a multi-point writing process and includes the steps: firstly, determining the number of points in a point-cloud data file, determining the memory size occupied by all points in the point-cloud data file and pre-distributing memories with the corresponding sizes for point-cloud data; secondly, mapping the point-cloud data file to a mapped memory through a memory mapping file mechanism, then building a thread pool containing a designated number of threads, enabling each thread to be responsible for analyzing parts of point-cloud data information in the mapped memory, and writing analyzed results into the pre-distributed memories to realize multi-point writing. Test results indicate that by the aid of the reading method based on the memory pre-distribution and multi-point writing technology, the reading speed of the point-cloud data file and particularly the large-scale point-cloud data file is increased by 220%-300%.
