Abstract

The invention is characterized in that a high-energy ball milling is used to mill the steel slag, and the scrap iron and other components difficult to be milled are eliminated by screening after the ball milling; thus the steel powder with the specific surface area of 2885 to 5846 square centimeter / g, particle size of 0.09mm and the percent content above 50% is achieved. The invention is characterized in that the mechanical force principle is used to handle the steel slag and the chemical phases of Ca (OH) 2 or other substance are changed and thus the components of the steel powder are more favorable for hydration. The invention has the advantages of simple technology, relatively mild conditions and easy operation by adopting the microwave and chemical method to activate the steel powder; the invention also has the advantages of relatively large surface area and evenly distributed steel powder. The processed steel powder can replace 10% to 40% cement. On the premise of keeping the fluidity of the concrete, the intensity in three days of the invention can be kept at 20 to 30MPa, which can fully satisfy the demand of the project construction.
