A LED light source is connected with a light path of a collimation lens through an arranged ground glass and an aperture, the back part of the collimation lens is provided with a spectroscope, wherein, the reflected light is connected with the light path of a reference light sensor after reflected by the reflector; the transmission light is connected with the light path of an integrating sphere; the reference light sensor and a measurement light sensor connected with and arranged on the integrating sphere are respectively connected with an embedding processor in a transmission way; the integrating sphere is provided with a sample pool corresponding to the position of the transmission light. The invention adopts the light source consisting of a blue chip, a purple chip and flurescent powder, the reference light sensor is adopted to monitor light source fluctuation and eliminates non-stability of the light intensity of the LED light source as well as reduces the error due to the light source fluctuation. The reference light sensor and the measurement light sensor transforms the optical signal into the electric signal and then the electric signal is sent into the embedding processor after processing, at last, color measurement or color difference measurement can be achieved after the procession of the embedding processor.
