Abstract

The invention relates to a ceramic coating and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a nonsticking purple sand ceramic coating used for cooking utensil and a preparation method thereof. The nonsticking purple sand ceramic coating of the invention comprises 0-3.1 percent of polysiloxane, 0- 5.1 percent of aluminium sesquioxide, 0-2.1 percent of zinc oxide, 11.4-23.1 percent of silicon dioxide, 0.7-4.6 percent of alkyl cellulose, 12.4-27.6 percent of pigment, 21.9-37.8 percent of water and 12.1-25.6 percent of alcohol by weight percentage. The nonsticking purple sand ceramic coating of the invention can form a layer of compact ceramics at the surface of metal or metal allay, thus greatly improving the surface hardness of the cooking utensil and leading the coating to be more wearable; the non-viscosity of the coating is excellent; more importantly, the ceramic coating dose not change, react, generate harmful substances and pollute the environment and is safe and non-toxic towards human body under high temperature of 400 DEG C during 24h.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a ceramic coating and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a non-stick purple sand ceramic coating for cooking utensils and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the awareness of environment and health is gradually increasing, and people will pay more and more attention to green environmental protection materials and energy-saving products. [0003] Metal cooking utensils are easy to adhere to food during use, so the surface should be treated, for example, mainly by adding a non-stick coating to solve or initially solve the problem of adhesion to ordinary metal pans. [0004] In this field, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) non-stick coatings have been used for a long time. This coating is prone to scratching, premature wear, peeling and rapidly degrades when heated, and decomposes at high temperatures to produce carcinogens. Many peopl...
