Problems solved by technology

In the drum granulation (agglomeration granulation) process, as the amount of urea in the urea-based compound fertilizer increases or the total nutrient increases, the amount of viscous caking materials used as fillers decreases, and the granulation of the materials Poor performance, high nitrogen or high concentration fertilizer due to low granulation rate, resulting in high production cost or even can not be carried out normally, while slurry coating and melt granulation process is complicated and energy consumption is high
The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem of difficult granulation in the production of urea-based high-nitrogen and high-concentration compound fertilizers, and to find an accelerator that can significantly improve the granulation of urea-based high-nitrogen and high-concentration compound fertilizers

Abstract

Disclosed is a granulation technique (taking drum granulation as example) by utilizing granulation accelerant to substantially improve and modify granulation condition in the producing procedure of urea composite fertilizer (especially for high-nitrogen, high-density urea composite fertilizer), which sprays dispensed accelerant according to certain requirement on the material surface of granulator inlet and is mixed with the material containing N, P and K. The accelerant participates in the granulation in the solidifying procedure under certain granulation technical condition. The front half part of the granulator finishes granulation and the back half part polishes the particle, then the product can be obtained through drying, cooling and sieving. The technique fits for granulation techniques such as drum granulation, disc granulation and the like. The using solid material and accelerant raw material are easily obtained, the method for synthesizing is simple, the cost is low, the charging quantity of accelerant is between 30 and 100 kg / T, the high-density high-nitrogen urea composite fertilizer can be produced to satisfy market need by changing the proportion of N, P and K raw material, accelerant quantity, accelerant formulation and the like. The technique can produce total nutrient not less than 50%, maximum nitrogen nutrient not less than 30%, which is favorable for nitrogen fertilizer business to produce and process high-nitrogen high-density urea composite fertilizer.

Description

[0001] A granulation process (taking drum granulation as an example ), the accelerator prepared according to certain requirements is evenly sprayed on the surface of the imported material of the granulator, and mixed with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium-containing materials. Under certain granulation process conditions, the accelerator participates in the solidification process. Granulation, the granulation is completed in the first half of the granulator, and the second half is to polish the particles, then dry, cool, and sieve to get the finished product. This process can be applied to drum granulation, disc granulation and other granulation processes. The solid materials and accelerator raw materials used are easy to obtain, the synthesis method is simple, and the cost is low. Produce high-concentration, high-nitrogen urea-based compound fertilizers of different nutrients to meet market demands. This process can produce high-concentration high-nitrogen urea-based compou...
