Embodiment 1
[0101] Example 1: Using this method to compare the DNA extraction and typing efficiency of bone and dental nucleus in different environments and storage times.
[0102] 5 groups of 86 cases of human remains samples from 2 to 60 years were extracted for nuclear DNA, and the PM Loci Kit was used for simultaneous amplification and reverse dot hybridization DNA typing of five loci.

[0104]
[0105] The results show that the method can obtain good extraction quality and typing efficiency of nuclear DNA from remains in different preservation conditions.

Embodiment 2
[0108] Example 2: The Bureau of Beilin District of Xi'an City provides a case of mutilation of a corpse that occurred in Beilin District on January 8, 1991. After investigation, the sons of Zhang and Cai disappeared during this period. Entrusted by Xi'an Beilin District Public Security Bureau, it is required to carry out personal identification of the source of the corpse. Due to the complete corruption of the soft tissue, the sample material was sent to a dismembered femur for examination. 1 mL of Zhang's and Cai's venous blood were anticoagulated with EDTA. This method was used to extract bone nucleus DNA, and PM Loci Kit was used for individual identification and genotyping. The results are shown in Table 3:
[0109] Table 3 Preservation and grouping of remains samples
[0110]
[0111] The results showed: PI total = 6842229.54; RCP = 99.99%. The probability that the remains are the sons of Zhang and Cai is 99.99%.
