Fish bone charcoal adsorbent and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to fish bone charcoal adsorbent, a preparation method thereof and application to heavy metal waste water. The preparation method includes the following steps of 1 impurity removing, wherein an obtained fish bone raw material is stirred and scalded in water to remove impurities; 2 drying, wherein the fish bones are put into a drying oven to be dried after the impurities are removed; 3 pulverizing, wherein the dried fish bones are pulverized in a pulverizer, and obtained fish bone dust serves as an adsorbent raw material; 4 high-temperature roasting, wherein the prepared fish bone dust is roasted and carbonized at high temperature, naturally cooled to the room temperature and then taken out to obtain the fish bone charcoal adsorbent. The preparation method has the following advantages that fish processing waste is low in price and easy to obtain, as the fish processing waste is prepared into fish bone charcoal, the potential value of the fish processing waste can be developed further, and the environmental pollution caused by discarding the fishing processing waste can be effectively reduced. In addition, the prepared bone charcoal is high in stability and adsorbability, easy to regenerate after absorption and reusable.

Clay-enhanced cuttlefish bone meal hemostatic gauze and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to clay-enhanced cuttlefish bone meal hemostatic gauze and a manufacturing method thereof. The hemostatic gauze comprises a substrate material, cuttlefish bone meal which is combined on the substrate material and is used as hemostat and clay which is combined on the substrate material and is used for enhancing the hemostatic effect, or also comprises other beneficial components which have the promoting effect on hemostasis and a connection agent for combining each component on the substrate material. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: preparing a suspension sizing agent by using water, the cuttlefish bone meal and the clay, and heating the suspension sizing agent at the temperature of 15 DEG C until the suspension sizing agent is boiling; immersing the substrate material into the sizing agent, or coating the sizing agent on the substrate material; taking the substrate material impregnated or coated with the sizing agent out, and performing flat pressing or rolling, or after taking the substrate material impregnated or coated with the sizing agent out, covering one side or both sides of the substrate material coating with the sizing agent by using medical cotton yarn or non-woven fabrics, and performing the flat pressing or the rolling again; and performing drying and sterilization to obtain the clay-enhanced cuttlefish bone meal hemostatic gauze. The gauze is used for treating surgical haemorrhage; and compared with the treatment of the ordinary gauze, the clay-enhanced cuttlefish bone meal hemostatic gauze has the advantages that: the hemostatic time of the hemostatic gauze is shortened by 35.9 to 66.5 percent; and the blood loss amount of the hemostatic gauze is reduced by 49.9 to 88.4 percent.

Method for composting bio-organic fertilizer

The invention relates to a method for composting bio-organic fertilizer, which belongs to production methods of agricultural fertilizer. The method aims at solving the problems that the prior art is difficult to treat and transform a large amount of crop straw husks and shells and similar byproducts, and uses the original industrial microbial fungi in non-agricultural soil. The method is characterized by comprising the composting flows of material preparation, fungi mixing, composting fermentation, inspection and finished products. The main materials comprise 40 to 45 percent of crop straw powder, 35 to 40 percent of rice bran, and 15 to 25 percent of dregs of beans; and the auxiliary materials comprise 3 to 5 percent of coal ash, 2 to 5 percent of bone dust and 10 to 15 percent of local field row soil in terms of the weight of the main materials. 3 to 5 percent of strains in terms of the weight of the main materials and the auxiliary materials are added to the mixture, wherein the strains are locally collected indigenous flora which can effectively improve the soil structure of farmlands and improve the soil biological activity. In addition to a small amount of the bone dust, the rest of the raw materials is readily available crop straw husks and shells and similar byproducts for farmers, and related operations in the flows are simple and easy to learn, thus method shows the advantages of adaptation to local conditions, simplicity and practicability, and suitable popularization in the vast majority of rural areas in China.
