Abstract

The solvent-free electrostatic conducting anti-corrosive coating comprises a solution A prepared from bisphenol A type liquid-state epoxy resin, epoxy-containing polyol ether, titanium dioxide, precipitated barium sulfate, talcum powder, acidic polyester and polyamide, fluorocarbon-modified siloxane, polyacrylate-modified fluorocarbon polymer, poly-carboxylate, light-colored conductive powder and alkanolamine solution of unsaturated acidic carboxylate, and a solution B prepared from polyamide resin, N,N-dimethyl benzyl amine and poly-carboxylate. When in use, the solution A and the solution are mixed and solidified to form a coating. The solvent-free electrostatic conducting anti-corrosive coating has constructability and storage stability similar to those of solvent electrostatic conducting coatings, and no discharge of volatile organic solvent in the production and the construction process.
