[0030] Prescription: 50kg of sucrose, 100kg of starch, and the balance is purified water

[0031] Preparation process:

[0032] 1) Preparation of syrup: Take sucrose and put it in a reaction pot, add an appropriate amount of purified water, and open the steam regulating valve to keep the steam pressure at 0.15MPa. After boiling, until the sugar is completely dissolved, continue to boil for 18 minutes, and then close the steam regulating valve. After the syrup is cooled to about 80°C, pass it through a 100-mesh sieve and cool it for later use. The prepared concentration is about 50% syrup.

[0033] 2) Masterbatch making: Pour 5-8Kg of starch into the coating granulator, turn on the power supply, exhaust fan, blower, and host in turn, and adjust the speed of the host to 30 rpm. Adjust the speed of the peristaltic pump to 100 rpm and the pressure of the gas source to 0.6Mpa. While spraying syrup, add a small amount of starch, and take it out of the pan after forming small pel...

[0041] Prescription: 35kg of sucrose, 100kg of starch, the balance is purified water, and dried in a fluidized bed. The specific steps are as follows:

[0042] 1) Preparation of syrup: Take sucrose and put it in a reaction pot, add an appropriate amount of purified water, and open the steam regulating valve to keep the steam pressure at 0.1MPa. After boiling, until the sugar is completely dissolved, continue to boil for 20 minutes, and then close the steam regulating valve. After the syrup is cooled to about 60°C, pass through a 90-mesh sieve and cool for later use. The prepared concentration is about 50% syrup.

[0043] 2) Masterbatch making: Pour 5-8Kg of starch into the coating granulator, turn on the power supply, exhaust fan, blower, and host in turn, and adjust the speed of the host to 35 rpm. Adjust the speed of the peristaltic pump to 170 rpm and the pressure of the air source to 0.6Mpa. While spraying syrup, add a small amount of starch, and take it out of the pan ...

[0048] Prescription: 80kg of sucrose, 100kg of starch, and the balance is purified water

[0049] Preparation process:

[0050] 1) Preparation of syrup: Take sucrose and put it in a reaction pot, add purified water, open the steam regulating valve to keep the steam pressure at 0.2MPa. After boiling until the sugar is completely dissolved, continue to boil for 16 minutes, then close the steam regulating valve. After the syrup is cooled to about 80°C, pass through a 120-mesh sieve and cool for later use. The prepared concentration is about 50% syrup.

[0051] 2) Masterbatch making: Pour 5-8Kg of starch into the coating granulator, turn on the power supply, exhaust fan, blower, and host in turn, and adjust the speed of the host to 90rpm. Adjust the speed of the peristaltic pump to 140 rpm and the pressure of the air source to 0.55Mpa. While spraying syrup, add a small amount of starch, and take it out of the pan after forming small pellets.

Abstract

A medical pellet core comprises main materials of medical starch and bond, sucrose syrup and purified water. The components are 50 percent to 72 percent of medical starch, 25 percent to 45 percent of sucrose and water of rest. The preparation method of the medical pellet core has the steps that 1) sucrose preparation: the sucrose is put in a container which water is added in, is heat to be melted and is filtered and cooled for using; 2) pellet preparation: the starch is put into a pelletizer, the pelletizer is started, and the rotate speed of the main machine of the pelletizer is adjusted to 25r to 30r per minute; the rotate speed of a peristaltic pump is adjusted to 60r to 108r per minute; the starch is added while the syrup is sprayed, and the pellet cores come out of a pot; 3) drying: the obtained pellet cores in the step 2) are put into a drying device for drying, and then the dry pellet cores are obtained; 4) screening and package: the dried pellet cores are cooled to 40 DEG C to 60 DEG C, then are screened to obtained the pellet cores with different sizes and are packaged separately. The pellet core preparation needs less equipment, has simple process, high finished product rate, less waste in preparation and stable product quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of pharmacy, in particular to a medicinal pellet core and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In terms of technology, medicinal micropills are characterized by uniform particle size, firmness, rounded surface, easy coating and coating layer thickness to control drug release speed; solving drug incompatibility and improving drug stability; coating different types of coating layers , to make preparations (immediate release, localized or sustained / controlled release) required for clinical treatment. In terms of pharmacodynamics, it is characterized by being less affected by the rhythm of food delivery, and the drug absorption rate is uniform; it is a multi-dose pharmaceutical preparation with small irritation and good reproducibility of blood drugs between doses; drug particles are evenly distributed on the surface of the intestinal mucosa , good bioavailability. Therefore, the application of me...
