Abstract

The invention provides a citrus medica var sarcodactylis fruit antistaling agent and an application method thereof, which belong to the technical field of preservation and storage of fruits and vegetables. The method can be widely used to solve the problems of preservation and storage of each variety of citrus medica var sarcodactylis. The antistaling agent consists of an A agent (a mixed disinfecting stock solution which mainly comprises propargite, carbendazol, sodium hypochlorite and the like) and a B agent (a preservative coating stock solution which mainly comprises chitosan, glutathionevitamin C, calcium chloride, glycerol and the like.). The method comprises the following steps: (1) immersing the A agent after diluting; (2) washing and drying; (3) immersing (spraying) the B agent after diluting; (4) drying; and (5) packaging. The method has the advantages of obvious preservation effect, wide application range, simple operation, high efficiency, green and environmental protection and low operating cost. Through treatment of the method, storage period of the citrus medica var sarcodactylis fruit can be prolonged by about 45 to 66 percent, rotting rate of the fruit can be reduced by about 49 to 81 percent, and the fruit can maintain plump appearance, bright color and rich fragrance after storage is finished.
