Aiming at converting the straws into organic fertilizers more efficiently and simultaneously obtaining biogas fuel, the invention provides the biogas fertilizer coproduction method of straws, which comprises the following steps of: putting the straws and auxiliary fermenting materials into afermenting device for anaerobic fermentation and collecting biogas; ending fermentation after the biogas-production peak, and discharging fermenting materials completely. The invention also provides an assorted device of the method, comprising a fermenting tank; and the fermenting tank is provided with a feed inlet, a discharging outlet and a biogas outlet. The assorted device is characterized inthat the tank wall of the fermenting tank is provided with a circulating pipe communicated with a cavity in the tank; the upper port of the circulating pipe is positioned below the liquid level of the fermenting liquor and the lower port thereof is close to the bottom part of the fermenting tank; and the circulating pump is internally provided with a circulating pump. The method can overcome the defects of odorous pollution in the process of aerobic composting of straws, acidification and incrustation in direct anaerobic fermentation and little methane in the produced gas. The device has simple structure and strong fermentability.
