Abstract

The invention relates to a method for analyzing chlorine hydride in hydrochloric acid. The method comprises the steps as follows: (1) dilute hydrochloric acid is mixed with calcium chloride solution in a high-temperature absorption tower, mixed solution is heated to 120-130 DEG C by a reboiler; hydrogen chloride containing saturated water is obtained at the top of the tower; the hydrogen chloride is obtained by cooling and drying and the mixed solution of the dilute hydrochloric acid and the calcium chloride is obtained at the bottom of the tower; (2) the mixed solution of the dilute hydrochloric acid and the calcium chloride obtained at the bottom of the tower is pumped to a concentration vessel by a pump; calcium hydroxide solution is added into the concentration vessel to adjust pH to 7-10 and is heated to 130-150 DEG C to be concentrated for vaporizing water; and the concentrated calcium chloride solution is returned to the dilute hydrochloric acid absorption tower to be used as intumescent agent for analyzing the dilute hydrochloric acid to carry out hydrochloric acid deep analyzing; and (3) excessive calcium chloride produced by the system is crystallized and filtered to obtain a side product calcium chloride, thereby keeping the calcium chloride system balance.
