Abstract

The invention relates to application of bifidobacterium lactis. The technical scheme comprises application of the bifidobacterium lactis in preventing urinary system stones, and application of a composition of the bifidobacterium lactis and edible fungi, prebiotics or acceptable carriers in preventing the urinary system stones. The applications have the advantages of exploring new medical use and developing a new application field for the bifidobacterium lactis. The bifidobacterium lactis is safe and nontoxic, has strong pharmacological action, foreshows excellent medicinal prospect, and provides a urinary stone prevention good product which is very suitable for patients to take for a long term for clinic.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the application of bifidobacterium lactis, more specifically, the present invention relates to the application of bifidobacterium lactis in preventing urinary calculus. Background technique [0002] Urolithiasis is one of the common urinary system diseases that have threatened human health for a long time, among which calcium oxalate stones account for 70% to 80%, and have a high recurrence rate. Therefore, its prevention is particularly important. [0003] The effect of oxalic acid on the supersaturation of calcium oxalate in urine is 23 times greater than that of calcium. Therefore, hyperoxaluria is an important risk factor for calcium oxalate stone formation. A new study found that 50% to 80% of urinary oxalic acid comes from diet, and the amount of oxalic acid absorbed by the intestine is an important factor affecting the excretion of urinary oxalic acid. If the absorption of intestinal oxalic acid can be reduced,...
