Abstract

The coating is divided into dual components of A and B for being packaged respectively, wherein, the component A comprises epoxy resin, a reactive diluent, a coupling agent, a pigment and a filler; and the component B comprises an epoxy curing agent, water, the filler, a thickener and a defoamer. The manufacture of the component A comprises the steps of preheating the liquid epoxy resin, the reactive diluent and the coupling agent at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C, using a dispersion machine or a mixing machine for mixing for 10-15 minutes, further adding the black pigment and the filler, stirring for 10-20 minutes, then carrying out roller pressing twice on a triple-roller and packaging for standby; and the manufacture of the component B comprises the steps of firstly adding the curing agent and one part of water, stirring the defoamer and the like at low speed for 10-15minutes, further adding the pigment, the filler and the thickener, stirring at high speed for 15-30 minutes, grinding by a colloidal mill, evenly dispersing, filtering and packaging.
