Abstract

Auxiliary materials are as follows: 0.5 to 5 parts of high purity manganese oxide, 0.3 to 2 parts of magnesium oxide and 0.1 to 3 parts of ferric oxide. The base stock and the auxiliary materials are evenly grinded into powder which is not more than 0.049 mm and then turned into a ball forming mill after mixing. Atomizing water vapor is continuously added during the ball forming mill rotating uniformly in a single direction. The materials are prepared into granule with roundness more than 0.9. A ring kiln sinters at 1200 to 1400 DEG C for 0.5 to 4 hours to acquire the propping agent of the invention. At the closing pressure of 103 MPa, the percentage of damage of the invention is less than 6% and the apparent density is more than 3.50 g / cm<3>. The invention has the advantages of high compressive resistance, high apparent density, excellent roundness, simple process, low manufacturing cost, high usage of resources, low energy consumption, etc. The invention can be used for manufacturing the porcelain granule propping agent with ultra strength and super-high density.
