Abstract

The invention also provides a production method for the probiotics composition, which comprises the following steps of: putting the probiotics powder, the tea powder and food additives into a mixer; and mixing the materials for 5 to 30 minutes to obtain the probiotics composition. One of the main raw materials of the probiotics composition, namely the prandial fiber can be used as a substrate for fermentation growth of probiotics; and the synergistic effect is achieved when the raw materials are simultaneously used.
