Abstract

The invention also relates to a method for preparing the probiotic composition. The probiotics composition comprises tea powder, a prandial fiber and probiotics powder, wherein the tea powder is prepared by grinding one or more of dark tea, black tea, green tea, white tea, oolong tea, yellow tea and scented tea. The invention also provides a production method for the probiotics composition, which comprises the following steps of: putting the probiotics powder, the tea powder and food additives into a mixer; and mixing the materials for 5 to 30 minutes to obtain the probiotics composition. One of the main raw materials of the probiotics composition, namely the prandial fiber can be used as a substrate for fermentation growth of probiotics; and the synergistic effect is achieved when the raw materials are simultaneously used. The composition makes consumers having no habit of using fermented tea benefit with the synergistic effect of the probiotics and the tea.
