Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a bi-component water-proof bond material for a bridge deck pavement, and belongs to the field of chemical materials. The method comprises the following steps: A, heating 18 to 26 weight parts of asphalt to melt the asphalt; B, adding 2 to 10 weight parts of amine curing agent into the melted asphalt, and stirring for 10 to 30 minutes to obtain a component A; C, taking 10 to 40 weight parts of epoxy resin as a component B; and D, heating the component A and the component B to the temperature of between 100 and 120DEG C respectively, uniformly mixing in a weight part ratio of 1:0.5-1:1.2, and stirring for 5 to 15 minutes to obtain the bi-component water-proof bond material for the bridge deck pavement. The method has simple preparation process, low cost and low energy consumption; and the prepared water-proof bond material can be widely applied to rust prevention and waterproofing of steel bridge deck pavements, waterproofing of cement concrete pavements, bridge deck pavements, roofs, and the like.
