Abstract

The preparation method of the holmium iron garnet dielectricceramics comprises the following steps of: mixing Fe2O3, Ho2O3, CaO and SiO2, and then carrying out solid phase sintering to obtain the holmium iron garnet dielectricceramics, wherein the mole ratio of the Fe2O3 to the Ho2O3 accords with the stoichiometric ratio of holmium iron garnet; and the masses of the CaO and the SiO2 are both 1 / 10,0000 to1 / 30,0000 of the total mass of the Fe2O3 and the Ho2O3. The solid phase sintering comprises the following steps of: (1) primarily grinding powder and presintering at 1050-1200 DEG C; (2) presinteringthe obtained powder, repeating the step (1), and secondarily presintering; (3) secondarily grinding powder, drying, and then sieving with 110-130 meshes; and (4) tabletting and sintering, wherein thesintering temperature is 1250-1400 DEG C.
