Embodiment 1

[0019] Example 1: Put 1 gram of Shengli coal, 1 gram of sodium hydroxide, and 5 milliliters of methanol into an autoclave, heat to 300° C., and react for 1 hour. After the kettle was cooled, the reaction product was extracted with tetrahydrofuran. Then, 1 gram of the tetrahydrofuran extraction product and 2 grams of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide were dissolved in 10 milliliters of ethanol, and 20 milliliters of water was added to mix the above solutions evenly. Then put it into a pressure valve and react at 600°C for 24 hours. After the kettle cools down, open the kettle, pour out the black product, wash it with absolute ethanol and distilled water, dry it in vacuum at 50°C for 5 hours, and finally grind it into a fine powder by mortar or ball mill to prepare carbon microspheres . Scanning electron micrographs are shown in the accompanying drawings.

Embodiment 2

[0020] Example 2: Put 1 gram of Shenhua coal, 0.5 gram of potassium hydroxide, and 2 milliliters of methanol into an autoclave, heat to 400° C., and react for 1 hour. After the kettle was cooled, the reaction product was extracted with tetrahydrofuran. Then 1 gram of tetrahydrofuran extraction product and 1 gram of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide were dissolved in 5 milliliters of ethanol, and 20 milliliters of water was added to mix the above solutions evenly. Then put it into a pressure valve and react at 500°C for 24 hours. After the kettle cools down, open the kettle, pour out the black product, wash it with absolute ethanol and distilled water, dry it in vacuum at 80°C for 5 hours, and finally grind it into a fine powder by mortar or ball mill, which is the prepared carbon micron ball.

Embodiment 3

[0021] Example 3: Put 1 gram of Shengli coal, 0.1 gram of sodium hydroxide, and 15 milliliters of methanol into an autoclave, heat to 400° C., and react for 1 hour. After the kettle was cooled, the reaction product was extracted with tetrahydrofuran. Then 1 gram of tetrahydrofuran extraction product and 0.5 gram of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide were dissolved in 10 milliliters of ethanol, and then 20 milliliters of water was added to mix the above solution evenly. Then put it into a pressure valve and react at 500°C for 24 hours. After the kettle cools down, open the kettle, pour out the black product, wash it with absolute ethanol and distilled water, dry it in vacuum at 60°C for 5 hours, and finally grind it into a fine powder by mortar or ball mill to prepare carbon microspheres .

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing carbon micro-spheres by using coal as a raw material, and belongs to the technical field of coal made carbon materials with high additional values. The method comprises the following steps of: taking a product obtained through the reaction of the coal, sodium hydroxide and methanol as a carbon source, dissolving the reaction product carbon source intoaqueous solution of ethanol, then adding a dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide or tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide or hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide directing agent into the solution to obtain a mixture, blending the mixture uniformly and filling the mixture into a reaction kettle, heating the mixture to between 300 and 700 DEG C in a heating furnace, stopping heating after the mixture is reacted for 6 to 24 hours, naturally cooling the reaction product to room temperature, washing the reaction product by using ethanol and then deionized water, and finally drying the reaction product to obtain black powdery carbon micro-spheres. The carbon micro-sphere product obtained by the method has high purity, the purity can reach 95 percent, and the average grain diameter of the product is 5 to 10 microns. The method has the characteristics of low-cost and easily obtained raw materials, easy operation, simple process, good reproducibility and suitability for scale production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of coal-based high value-added carbon materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing carbon microspheres using coal as a raw material. Background technique [0002] Since the discovery of C60 and carbon nanotubes, comprehensive research on carbon materials has been carried out worldwide. Carbon materials with different morphologies have potential applications in many aspects, so carbon materials with unique structures have attracted widespread attention. Many carbon materials with different morphologies such as carbon onions, graphene, carbon tubes, carbon spheres, etc. have been successfully synthesized. Among these carbon materials with different morphologies, carbon spheres have attracted attention as a new type of material due to their properties similar to fullerene or graphite. These similar properties and many excellent properties of carbon spheres, such as self-sintering, chemical i...
